The position assists the Product Marketing Reps in the sale and delivery of cash management operating services. The Product Marketing Representative is responsible for assisting the sales process through proposal generation, conducting tours and other activities. Enhancing client relationships. Delivering Harris capabilities to clients through teamwork. Data collection and analysis. Developing own cash management expertise and increasing knowledge of the function. Will enhance client relationships and develop new business by implementing an advisory strategy. Understand prospect's and current client's business, industry and market as well as the mechanics of the customers' financial operations. Effectively match prospect/current client cash management needs with products and services. Accurately assess initial prospect/current client cash management needs by surfacing and determining needs and expectations. Setting realistic client goals. Provide an advisory approach to relationship management that allows prospects/client to improve their fund management effectiveness. Maintain ongoing contact with prospects and clients. Successfully deliver against well-communicated deadlines. Develop new business within existing and new accounts. Assist in smooth implementation of cash management services. Assist in structuring and recommending competitive pricing for new business opportunities.

6 months - 1 year related work experience (to include business or commercial banking or treasury management).
Minimum of 1 - 2 years prior banking experience.
Associates degree in Business, Finance or Accounting.
