Banking Center Manager IV

We are seeking a motivated manager who is committed to providing superior service and products to our customers with professionalism and integrity. Responsible for all aspects of banking center sales and service including management of all sales and service personnel; development of marketing/sales plans; goal setting; sales management/productivity of branch sales personnel; ensuring the highest level of customer service; and overseeing all operational, facilities and securities issues. Ensures compliance with all federal and state laws, bank policies and procedures.  Requires strong sales, excellent customer service/problem solving abilities, leadership and motivational skills. Proven sales success in a retail environment required. Banking experience strongly preferred.
