Banking Center Manager, Central New Hampshire

One of the largest banks in New Hampshire is currently seeking an ambitious, entrepreneurial, and multi-talented professional to manage an established banking center in the greater Concord area.  The Banking Center Manager is the heart of banking center, providing sales leadership, coaching, and positive modeling for the rest of the banking center associates.  They are also engaged business leaders in the local community, active in the Chamber of Commerce, with charitable organizations, and with networking groups.

Essential Job Functions:Lead and plan the ongoing activity of the banking center, providing sales leadership, coaching, and appropriate behavior modeling.  Handle customer transactions, solve problems, and use sound judgment to think independently and make decisions. Design and execute an ongoing business development strategy for the banking center, utilizing professional networking groups, trade and business organizations, charitable and board involvement, and sales calls to local businesses. Keep abreast of industry trends, and recommend strategies and procedural changes to respond to developments. Be an entrepreneur!  Treat the banking center like a small business.  Grow it, watch is prosper, and take pride in your accomplishments.

Position Requirements:Outstanding leadership ability. Proven relationship sales experience and success. Entrepreneurial attitude and desire to succeed. BA degree or equivalent related experience. Previous banking experience preferred.
