We are on a very rapid growth path this year and have an opening to strengthen our Banking Support Services.  We are seeking an enthusiastic and flexible individual who will manage our financial institution (banks / credit unions) relationships and IT solution needs. 

 

Primary Job Responsibilities include:

- IT consulting which includes client interaction, assessing client needs, and recommending solutions – 

  specifically on various banking software and systems 

- Supervising and leading a small group of Network Consultants
- Managing on-site IT support of various financial institution clients primarily in the DC Metro Area

- Some travel to clients outside of the DC Metro Area
- Leading assessment and conversion projects
- Developing network and systems documentation as needed
- Providing client user assistance and training as needed

- Most clients are in the DC Metro Area, but we are growing regionally, so some travel outside of the DC Metro Area will be required

General Requirements Candidates MUST HAVE TO BE CONSIDERED:

- Experience in a financial institution environment

- Familiarity with banking software and systems

- IT assessment, recommendation, and proposal development/input experience

- Excellent customer service practices
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with all levels of employment and technical knowledge bases

- A "can do" attitude and "follow through" approach to situations
- Ability to work individually and in team environments both with ATS and clients

- Favorable results on a Standard Criminal Background Check for employment
- A valid drivers license and transportation to travel amongst multiple client locations in the DC Metro area daily
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds for moving computer equipment

Banking Software and Systems candidates need to have familiarity and work experience with (the more the better):
- Fiserv (e.g. ITI, Vision, Source One, EZLender)

- Fidelity (e.g. BancPac)

- OSI

- Jack Henry

- Baker Hill

- Goldleaf

Regulatory Compliances candidates should be familiar with:

- Sarbanes-Oxley

- FFIEC Guidelines

- G-L-B

 

A Bachelor’s degree is required.  An MBA is a plus.
