Bank Equipment Salesman

  The position is responsible for the sale of physical security, alarm/video products and service agreements within a defined territory. Since the position works remotely from a home office within the territory, the successful candidate must have the ability to work independdently, be a self starter with excellent planning and organizational skills and have a detail orientation to complete sales proposals and presentations to qualified customers. The successful candidate will be expected to develop professional relationships with existing customers, prospect for new customers and provide accurate sales forecasts and other information to senior management as required. Prior experience and knowledge of physical security and/or banking industry is preferred in addition to a proven track record in sales as a high producer.

  Skills and Qualifications

High school diploma/GED and 6-8 years of professional selling experience in physical security or service related industry

Self driven and motivated to exceed corporate sales objectives or quotas

Strong presentation, communication, organization and time management skills

Detailed and accuracy oriented when completing written proposals, drawings, forecasts and/or other written documents as required

Ability to work with minimal supervision, given your remote location.

Must be computer literate with the ability to resolve problems and find creative solutions

Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
