Bank Controller/CFO

OPPORTUNITY FOR A BANK CONTROLLER TO STEP INTO A CFO ROLE!   Successful community bank in North Bay seeking Chief Financial Officer as part of their executive management team to contribute strategies and drive asset growth.  My client is a fast growing, locally owned and operated bank headquartered in Sonoma County, specializing in commerical real estate, construction and business lending including SBA loans. In addition, they offer a full array of deposit products, cash management services and ACH processing.  The bank is one of the fastest growing financial institutions on the West Coast.  They are anticipated to grow to $1 billion in assets in a few short years.  The Chief Financial Officer has the broad responsibility for the Bank’s and Bank Holding Company’s financial operating results including cost accounting, budgets, financial reports, and regulatory agency and government reports. The CFO counsels with senior management on fiscal control and profitability; prepares, presents and interprets financial reports to senior management; adheres to tax laws and regulatory compliance to properly reflect the financial position of the Bank.
