Allstate was founded in 1931 and became a publicly traded company in 1993. Job Duties Manage Bank compliance, CRA and accounting functions (3 direct reports) Update and monitor Bank accounting and financial policies Provide ad hoc financial analysis Scan and report on industry and competitor news Prepare and manage audit committee and loan committee agenda’s and materials Review and implement new accounting pronouncements Oversee Bank regulatory compliance activities Oversee Bank community reinvestment investments and loans Manage Bank SPMO process Monitor timely resolution of Bank’s operational and IT audit issues Manage annual operating plan Manage monthly close process Manage monthly and quarterly reporting processesBackground: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting CPA designation preferred MBA a plus Minimum eight years of accounting experience Experience with SAP preferred Strong communication skills and executive presence
