Bank Compliance Officer
Our preferred client is a privately held bank that was formed in 2001. They are the number one ranked mortgage lender in Central Pennsylvania for the last 5 years. They were recently recognized as being listed in the Inc. 5000 list. The headquarters is located in Lancaster. We are currently searching for a Compliance Officer for the bank. The Compliance Officer is responsible for developing, implementing and administering all aspects of the Bank's Compliance Management Program. Furthermore, this position:· Plans, organizes, and controls the Bank's day-to-day administrative, lending and operational compliance activities · Collaborates with the Executive Management in the overall administration of these directives for the Bank. · Participates in various committees, audits and examinations. · Performs duties as the Bank Secrecy Act/OFAC Officer, Community Reinvestment Act Officer, Privacy Officer, and Bank Security and Safety Officer. · Conducts staff training related to new hires, compliance, customer service, mainframe and software computer programs. · Advises the Board of Directors, Executive & Senior Management and Bank personnel of emerging compliance issues and consults and guides the Bank in the establishment of controls to mitigate risks.Requirements:· 10+ years of banking experience · 5+ years of banking compliance experience · CRCM certification is preferred · Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite · Working knowledge of regulatory environment and applicable banking regulations · Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment with respect to regulatory compliance MRINetwork, one of the world's largest search and recruitment organizations, has over 1,000 offices in more than 35 countries.
