Bank Card Operations Specialist Bank Card Operations Specialist West Valley City, UT Zions Bancorporation is seeking a customer service oriented individual to provides daily assistance and operational support for the Lost & Stolen department within the Bank Card Operations area, Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: Issuing and reissuing credit cards, debit cards, etc. Answering clients inquires Resolving disputes Fraud control Settlement of accounts Payments and deposits Charge backs Mailing statements EBT services Data input Acts as backup to complete day to day tasks in each of these departments as needed Other Duties as assigned.Requirements High School diploma or equivalent Some related experience Strong computer and typing skills Use and/or application of basic principles, theories, and concepts Knowledge of credit/bank card operations credit policy and procedures and customer service skills Accounting and balancing skills preferredEqual Opportunity Employer We have many opportunities both at the Bancorporation and at our affiliates.
