Retail banking experience and/or knowledge of regulations relating to financial counseling, financial institution management, and consumer lending. Demonstrated experience in training and development of staff Ability to implement programs and guide/lead others towards work goals. Demonstrated skills in managing multiple priorities independently and in a team environment.
