Bank Branch Manager

Duties Include:
· Supervise the daily operations and functions of the branch.
· Direct all activities within the branch to accomplish corporate sales and service objectives.
· Develop tactics and promotions to attract new business and maintain existing account base.
· Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and annual reports for management review.
· Exercise discretion and judgment in daily decision-making processes involving bank and staff related functions.
· Make decisions based on knowledge of deposit and commercial/consumer loan products, Teller and Customer Service Representative functions, and financial fundamentals, including computation of interest and monthly payments.
· Interview, train, and maintain a staff of bank professionals.


Minimum Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university with a concentration in Business or Management preferred.
· Two (2) years of Bank Branch Manager or Assistant Manager experience.
