Back office operations
Global Financial Services (GFS),the leader in contract staffing to the financial services sector, is seeking candidates for upcoming projects in 2008. GFS is the premier staffing firm in the niche industry of Securities Operations Processing. Our current staff has an average 13 years experience working with banks, brokerage or trust firms.
Qualified candidates must have experience in some/all of the following areas:
General securities processing / Reorganization/Corporate Actions / Mutual Funds - FundServ/Networking / Direct Transfers / ACATs / Stock Record / Dividend and Interest / Mortgaged Backed Securities / Settlements / General Ledger Balancing / Mutual Fund Accounting / Trade Support / Middle Office Support / Global Trust and Custody / Operations Procedures and Documentation, Operational Workflow and Processing Reviews
Knowledge of back-office systems required ~ such as ADP, BETA, Global Plus, DTC, SWIFT, Phase 3, SEI. Successful candidates will be required to submit to background screening and drug testing.
