We are a Super broker with in house processing. You will have the opportunity to originate all types of loans including FHA, Reverse Mortgages, Commercial loans and everything in between. Because of the way we have positioned ourselves over the past 17 years, we are profitable and the recent turmoil in the industry has not knocked us off course. Instead, we’re committed to taking advantage of the current market conditions and are actively in a growth mode.
The ideal candidate will have a team of 3+ people who all have a solid history of production. As a Manager you will receive an aggressive split on your personal production as well as a generous over ride on your team’s production. Combine the comp plan with outstanding marketing support, a product specialist and the opportunity to grow and you have something that is very unique in today’s arena.
We currently have offices in White Marsh, MD, Greenbelt, MD and Washington, D.C. We are looking for teams to grow with us in our current locations.
