* Responsible for all aspects of BPO (Broker Price Opinion) Ordering.
* Assigning projects to staff reviewers, Works closely with Review Analyst, Transaction Manager, and Sales Staff as well as outside vendors to ensure the orders are complete and timely.
* Negotiate pricing and timelines with vendors for the product.
* Responsible for ordering, tracking and timely receipt of BPO's.
* Responsible for monitoring the quality, quantity and timeliness of the vendors.
* Responsible for invoice review and approval for payment of vendors.
* Special projects as assigned by a supervisor.Required SkillsGood communication skillsGood knowledge of basic computer skills. Escpecially helpful having a working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and email.Required ExperienceAny experience in banking or financial institutions, real estate or mortgage and investment environment would be a plus but not necessary.
