As an employee of the holding company, this individual will have responsibilities for conducting reviews at all Bank subsidiaries and the Bancorp. This position will report to the Audit Manager and/or the Director of Internal Audit. This individual will be responsible for leading regional branch and business process audit engagements throughout the institution. Senior Audit Officer: This individual will be responsible for leading more complex audit engagements throughout the institution. Must possess Bachelors of Business degree, preferably in Accounting or Finance. Should have acquired an audit professional designation or in process of: Certified Public Accountant, Certified Internal Auditor, Certified Bank Auditor or Certified Information Systems Auditor. Must possess a thorough understanding of general Banking knowledge and the ability to assess risk and materiality in audit findings and to prioritize audit focus toward highest risks to the company. Senior Audit Officer: In addition to the above requisite requirements: Minimum three years of banking experience or related experience. Must have excellent knowledge of Banking/Auditing theory. Must possess applicable communication skills to collaboratively work with Bank management.
