Do your part in the following role:Job DutiesAs an Association Banking Services Lockbox Manager you will be responsible for managing the lockbox operations on a special assignment basis. The ideal candidate must be available for a interim time frame and will be ensuring that all homeowner association remittance payments are processed in an accurate and timely manner, reports are generated and sent to clients as scheduled, and all back office work is completed by performing the following duties. Implement, supervise, and train a staff of regular employees and temporary help. Handle all administrative aspects in the department including payroll, invoices, equipment maintenance, and supply orders. Provide a superior level of customer service to Lockbox clients and ensure that the lockbox staff also provides a high level of customer service. Familiarity with Payment Imaging Platform is a plus. Experience High school diploma or GED 4 years experience in a payment remittance environment Minimum of 1 year prior supervisor experience preferred Exceptional customer service skills EOE/M/F/D/V Job Level: 7-10 years
