Associates and VP's for Premier Investment Bank for M&A and Restructurings in NYC and Los Angeles
Premier Investment Bank is seeking Associates and Vice Presidents to join their teams in NYC and Los Angeles. The firm has a dynamic advisory practice in M&A and Corporate Restructurings, as well as an active Private Equity Investment practice. Transaction sizes range from $100 million to several billion or more. Candidates must have solid experience working in M&A with a leading investment bank. Â
Associates and VP’s will work with deal teams to lead M&A advisory projects, (both Buyside and Sellside), Restructurings, and also assist the Private Equity group on equity investments.
Responsibilities:Â
Associates--the position will include financial analysis, pro-forma modeling and forecasting, company and industry analysis, due diligence, preparation of pitches and information memoranda, and execution support for purchase and sale documents and closings.Â
VP's-- the position will involve leading the execution of mandates in support of senior bankers. The firm is active across a broad set of industry sectors. Â Compensation:Â Market Base and Market-level bonus
