For more information, visit www.prudential.com Responsible for data management, data analyses, database administration, data support for executives and crisis management issues, and provide advice and counsel on data/system issues for the Corporate EO/Diversity organization.   This includes building/developing databases, systems, and tools necessary to efficiently and effectively support all data requirements for the Corporate EO/Diversity organization as well as ensure corporate-wide systems/databases satisfy all data/reporting needs.  Identifies process inefficiencies and data integrity issues, and develops and implements problem resolutions. Also responsible for the overall operations of the Comprehensive Affirmative Action Management System (CAAMS), the organization's budget preparation, monthly monitoring, variance analyses, and overall support of the annual business planning process.   In addition, serves as Privacy Risk Assesment Coordinator and organization's representative for user acceptance testing of new and/or enhanced software, as well as evaluates software/equipment for EO/Diversity needs.
