Assistant Branch Mgr.2-licensed

Assist in and support all aspects of Branch Management. As a member of the sales team, drive branch sales results through direction, leadership and execution of desired behaviors and activities by branch staff and contribute through individual sales and relationship management. Provide on-going coaching to other branch team members to ensure consistent delivery of superior customer service; compliance with all operational procedures and risk management policies and effective execution of the Branch Operating Model. Act as “manager on dutyâ€� in Branch Manager’s absence. May function in the capacity of an FSR or Teller depending on daily branch needs. Asst Branch Managers at in In-Store locations are responsible for sales and service to include in-store prospecting, and assisting clients on platform and teller transactions, and to develop and maintain mutually beneficial communication with the host store management team and host store associates. Additionally, Licensed Assistant Branch Managers may hold insurance licenses (Life, Health and Variable) and/or hold NASD Series 6 and 63 registrations; and must maintain appropriate continuing education requirements as required for retaining licensing and NASD registration.
