Assistant Branch Manager / Beverlywood Job Description:Assists Branch Manager in the overall management of a branch office by assessing timely and accurate implementation of approved Bank objectives, policies, procedures, and standards; oversees the operations and personnel administration for the retail office; provides personnel management and supervision for all retail office employees; assists in ensuring staff’s compliance of Bank policies and procedures by exercising proper judgment in (a) approval situations and (b) assessment of the validity of transactions by auditing staff’s performance and training or counseling as appropriate; acts as liaison among retail office personnel, and other support department within the Bank of matter affecting the retail office; ensures operational integrity of the branch; demonstrates technical proficiency in all areas of the retail office; performs assigned audit functions; prepares and/or reviews correspondence to ensure accuracy of information and proper formatting of all memos, forms, letters; assists employees with client problems and/or special technical situations requiring advanced technical knowledge or leadership experience; deals effectively with client complaints/problems and ensures that customer service standards are adhered to at all times; manages client satisfaction through effective, courteous, and timely client service.Experience:Minimum two (2) years' experience as the Assistant Branch Manager of a Retail Bank.
