Assistant Bank Manager

Responsible for assisting Branch Manager with the expansion and retention of business. Calls on major and prospective clients. Assists with day-to-day branch operations, exercising executive and administrative control over functions in the office.  Assists with managing and coaching of full complement of employees.

Job Requirements:

Education:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience.
- Indepth knowledge of: all retail banking operations/products, commercial deposit products, and Bank policies/procedures.
- Strong compliance training

Experience:
- 3-5 years of banking and management experience preferred
- Pervious teller experience preferred
- Previous personal banker experience preferred
- Previous Assistant Branch Manager experience preferred
