Job Title: Full - Time Client Service Representative

Description of Position:
Proficiently executes Client Service Representative functions by processing client transactions with accuracy and balances according to the Retail Banking standards, procedures and policies. Utilizes the lobby management model to manager client expectations. Makes eye contact and greets client with warm visual and verbal greeting. Acknowledges client presence then connects them with the appropriate person to provide service or establishes appropriate waiting expectations. Ensures the client experience is satisfactory by using client experience standards; opens 5 minutes early and closes 5 minutes late, answers the phone within 3 rings using an appropriate greeting and tagline, owns all client issues, ensures that service requests are processed, honors sunset commitments by returning client calls the same day and thanks the customer for doing their business at Citizens Bank. Utilizes the perfect transaction process to service the client. Ensures client satisfaction and connects client with appropriate partner.
Qualifications:
Must have at least six (6) months of recent cash handling, customer service and sales experience. Must have access to reliable transportation, be available to work at other branches, and be able to work a flexible schedule based the hours of operation of the branch office, to include a Saturday rotation. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to lift 25 lbs. Qualified candidates must also have proven success in the following areas; demonstrating results, exceeding client expectations, adaptability, team player and strong relationship builder, reliability and highly motivated.
