Area Manager-Business Deposit Consultants

We are seeking a highly energetic, self-motivated, proven performer to direct, manage and coordinate the development, implementation and continuous refinement of the cash management sales strategies in California. You will be aligning the bank's California market with the national strategies of this $26 billion bank. You will be responsible for conducting business retention and development calls within the commercial banking division for existing and prospective new clients, coach existing and future sales officers in developing business, work w/ commercial lending officers to identify opportunities and promote a deposit acquisition environment. As the Manager, you will add value to the bank’s customers business needs, recommending improvements with new products and developments; serve as liaison between current and potential customers and the bank to resolve questions regarding products/services; and commit to keeping informed of current activities in the cash management field including new products and other general information of customers.   Minimum Requirements:  Minimum five years of solid cash management and deposit acquisition experience, with 7-10 years in the banking industry. Ability to develop business plans to service middle market clients Coach employees and manage time and resources to ensure work is completed efficiently and with established timeframes.
