We also manage to keep a sense of humor along the way.  So if you’re ready for WaMu, read on!   Assistant Financial Center Managers (AFCMs) oversee sales, operations, and personnel administration for the Financial Center. Assist in ensuring that the Financial Center effectively delivers financial products and services to existing and new customers. Acts as the Financial Center Manager in absence of the manager. AFCMs work in a fast paced environment. An AFCM will function as a liaison among Financial Center (FC) personnel, head office, and operational support departments. This position ensures that operational integrity is not compromised. The AFCM will serve as a hands-on trainer for operational policy and procedures. Additionally, the AFCM will serve as an integral member of the sales team and is also a leader in sales; primarily loan related products and services. Directs and oversees floor management activities.
