Anti-Money Laundering Specialist

Anti-Money Laundering Specialist - 6+ month contract in SAN ANTONIO, TEXAS!

 

 

You will conduct complex data analysis using AML management tools and systems to detect patterns and trends consistent with money laundering activity.  Document  analysis details within case management tools. Perform Know Your Customer (KYC) due diligence and contacts customers as required. Continuously improve analysis and detection processes to detect money laundering activities. Develop product and system knowledge.

 

You will also team with other AML and fraud resources to support AML and fraud investigations across multiple lines of business. Brief team leads, investigators and management on risk factors and findings.

 Enhance knowledge and stay abreast of money laundering trends, techniques and tools employed by criminals and terrorists.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

3-5 years of relevant financial industry experience.

Proficient in various data mining, reporting and information systems retrieval tools

Experience working with sensitive and confidential customer data.

Internal Audit experience or Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist certification.
