Administrative Assistant Needed - $65-70K
Leading investment firm is seeking an experience Administrative Assistant to provide top quality support to the President and Chief Executive Officer in their San Francisco office. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with two successful leaders and learn valuable knowledge and experience in a leading business. As the Administrative Assistant, you will provide assistance to a wide variety of projects and have the opportunity to become involved in all aspects of important business activities. You will excel in this position if have a strong interest working in a corporate and highly professional firm.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and screen calls with professionalism.
- Manage a busy executive calendar and coordinate meeting and conference call schedules
-Organize sophisticated travel itineraries
-Draft correspondence and process expense reports
-Screen incoming phone calls, general letter mail, emails, and faxes
-Participate in a wide variety of special projects and conduct some general Internet research as requested.
Qualifications:
-3-5+ years of related experience
-Outstanding organizational and time management skills
-Well-developed written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
-Driven and resourceful in the workplace to stay one step ahead of project due dates
-First-rate analytical and problem solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
-College degree preferred
