Administrative Assistant

This highly visible position is located at our corporate headquarters in Glen Mills, Pennsylvania.

Duties Include:
· Answer the telephone with the utmost professionalism, urgency, screening, and prioritizing calls.
· Provide back up support for the Reception Desk.
· Mail and fax distribution.
· Prepare and maintain departmental reports as directed by Department Head.
· Inventory maintenance and draft purchase requisitions.
· Schedule departmental meetings and taking minutes.
· Reconcile Travel and Expense forms and Corporate Card Statements.
· Draft routine correspondence and memoranda.
· Maintain office equipment (fax, copier, etc.)
· Record and file maintenance of all Associates within the department.
· Independently research a wide variety of information requests from the Department Head.

Minimum Requirements:
· High School Diploma or equivalent required.
· Associates degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
· Three (3) years of administrative assistant experience.
· Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems including word processing, managing files and records, calendars, and designing forms and templates.
