Position Overview:
Our office in Johnston is seeking an individual for agricultural equipment collections. This position provides support to past due customers by working to effectively resolve delinquency.
Qualifications/Requirements: Excellent communications skills are necessary, along with ability to timely follow-up and the ability to type 50 wpm. You must be able to recognize and identify sound payment plans and financing alternatives including extensions, renewals, and transfers. The position also assists with inbound calls and responds to customer inquiries in a timely fashion.
