Rels packages together industry presence, a national customer care and technical support structure, and the quality products of its business units including: Rels Credit Rels Valuation Rels Title Rels Settlement Services Career Opportunity Banking/Real Estate/Mortgage Professionals Rels, a joint venture of The First American Corporation and Wells Fargo, has a career opportunity for an Account Management Coordinator.Job duties include:- Monitoring the performance and pipeline of 3rd party vendors.- Maintaining and enhancing client service through a series of tasks and management tools to ensure performance and standards are being met. - Communicating consistently with client, business line management and Operations to manage and maintain necessary documents.- Monitoring and ensuring that all SLA metrics are met and helping any department gather information needed to complete the file. - Following current company process and procedures and monitoring the Vendors to ensure they are following current operating procedures. - Working with client, business line management and Operations to streamline process and policy.- Improving workflow and creating efficiency through reporting, maintaining documentation and communication.- Informing client on transactional issues to ensure service standards are being met. - Discussing upcoming volume changes and overall service levels with Operations and management.Qualifications?
