Position Summary:  Based onsite at the customer location, monitors all open tickets within Wincor Nixdorf CRM and Chase Gasper system and ensures that tickets are updated accordingly.  Maintains and improves business relationship between Wincor Nixdorf and JP Morgan Chase.

Position Responsibilities:

Monitor all open tickets within the Wincor Nixdorf CRM and Chase Gasper System, both soft and hard faults

Proactively ensure all tickers have an updated ETS and updated status of the ATM marked as out of service

Provide hourly, daily, weekly and monthly reports as required to analyze and identify trends necessary to improve the overall ATM service provided to Chase Bank to meet/exceed SLAs

Work closely with other Wincor Nixdorf personnel to foster a positive business relationship between Wincor Nixdorf and JP Morgan Chase

Role Qualifications:

A High School Diploma or equivalent
One to three years of experience in a call center environment or  related industry
Problem solving skills and the ability to work unsupervised
Proficient computer skills to include: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Must be able to work flexible hours based on current workload
