For more information, please visit www.Fiserv.com Job Description: Description: Fiserv Auto Solutions is actively seeking an ASP.NET / Classic ASP developer with enterprise application experience and a desire to learn C#.NET and .NET 3.0. Team members will be part of a migration team that will help clients migrate from older versions of our enterprise software by recreating their custom code in more recent versions. Position offers a clear career path that will have candidates building on our latest Microsoft .NET 3.0 application framework within a year. Responsibilities: Analyze existing code to determine variations between application versions Revise existing applications to migrate client specific code. Work with Quality Assurance to ensure all migrated code works within the newer version. Write SQL migration scripts where necessary. Work with core product team to identify common customizations to create new requirements for core product. Work with clients to assist in the migration process. Work with the .NET 3.0 framework team to develop strategies for migration Requirements: 5 yrs minimum ASP programming experience. (Preferably in an enterprise environment) Capable of writing efficient, fast and scalable applications. Exposure to ASP.NET (Prefer at least 1 yrs. Experience) Strong (T-SQL) MS SQL programming skills Good working knowledge of IIS Ability to reverse engineer code written by others Requires a self-starter who can independently solve problems Bachelors in Technical Discipline or equivalent experience Fiserv, Inc. is an Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer and maintains a Drug-Free Workplace.
