Great company in the city of Moon Township, PA, is in desperate search of 50 Customer Service Representatives. Duties: Will be making outbound calls to insurance agents, customers, carriers to verify and confirm information. Will involve some follow-up calls. No collections/sales involved at all. MUST have good communication skills and excellent customer service. No call center experience needed, but basic computer competency required. Need some customer service experience. Pay: $11 per hour. Hours: 5 days a week, Monday through Friday. Four of the days will work 8:30 - 5:00, fifth day will work 10:30 - 7:00. This is a temp to hire position.
