3B Market Neutral Hedge Fund Looking to Add Senior Quantitative Strategies Developer
Hedge Fund,senior quant developer, high frequency, historical data, portfolio trading, algorithms, electronic trading, automated trading, object oriented, C++, Java, multi- threading, computer science, C#, finance, IT, programmer, maths. 3B Major Market Neutral Hedge Fund are looking to add a senior quantitative strategies developer to their trading strategies development team. The role will involve developing, programming and testing various high frequency strategies using historical data. You will also be expected to design, write and test Portfolio Trading systems using algorithms. New systems development, including electronic trading, automated trading, and position reporting are all areas you will have projects on. Applicants must have expertise in key Object Oriented languages such as (C++ or Java J2SE) and also significant experience in C#.Net. In addition, you should be experienced working on multi threading, sockets programming and real-time trading applications. Previous experience of developing Trader Interfaces/Exchange Links (FIX, ISE etc) is also desirable as is Network Programming and working with Market Data feeds is essential. Experience developing automated systems working on a Central Limit Order Book is a plus. You must have 3+ years of hands-on development in the finance industry. An undergraduate degree in computer science is preferred from a top school.
