20 Customer Service Representatives

Great company in the city of Plano, TX, is in desperate need of 20 customer service representatives. Job Summary: This position will be responsible for the day-to-day communication with branch personnel, borrowers, appraisers and entry contacts. Schedules appraisals and home inspections, assigns missed or delayed appraisals and inspection appointments, updates status, resolves branch issues with outstanding appraisal requests, tracks outstanding appraisal orders, and interacts with branches to resolve complaints and service delivery problems. Shift hours: 9:00am -6:00pm or 10:00am-7:00pm. Applicants MUST be able to work second shift! Pay: $14.00-$16.00/hr depending on experience.
