Job Title: Account Verification Specialist

Location: Overton Centre

 

General Responsibilities:

The Verification Specialist is responsible for:

· Supporting banking center personnel in an effort to verify documentation and maintenance to accounts against the Bank’s New Account system and according to Texas law and bank policy

· Following up on all items necessary to ensure the proper completion of all new account paperwork

Basic Qualifications:

Required

· High School diploma or equivalent

· Minimum 3 years of new account documentation experience at a financial institution.

· Strong organizational skills and the ability to balance multiple tasks simultaneously

· Attention to detail and mental concentration are necessary for accurately performing tasks, working in a fast paced environment, and handling frequent interruptions.

· Strong interpersonal and customer service skills

· A working knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel
