Utica Metal Products, a Tier 1 automotive supplier has an immediate opening for a Tool Designer / Tool Maker. Successful candidate will have background in forging tool design, machining, CAD/CAM experience (SolidWorks / BobCad preferred) and experience in a manufacturing environment. Position is responsible for the design and manufacture of forging tooling, from the 3-D modeling through the manufacture of the tooling.  Perform tooling evaluation throughout the manufacturing process, including process trials and also trouble shooting of existing tooling, providing recommended changes and completing them. Experience with manual mills, lathes, grinders, as well as CNC milling also.
 Full benefit package offered. Salary based on experience.
