Tire Shop Service Manager/Tire Sales

Title: Retail Tire Shop - Retail Service Manager Under the guidance of the General Manager the qualified candidate will have the responsibility for aggressively driving Tire Sales and installation, Supervising Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Grounds keeping through a thoroughly trained customer focused workforce and ensure timely execution of company merchandising and operational programs. The trainee will set the pace by demonstrating a high sense of urgency, high energy level, attention to detail and hands-on management. They will exhibit Love´s pledge of: "You take care of our customers, and we will take care of you!" Compensation Package up to $55,000/yr. including base salary, bonuses and Love’s Profit Sharing!Preferred Qualifications: Demonstrated success supervising and training 7 or more employees. Proven skills analyzing P&L information and taking appropriate and decisive action to meet budget expectations. Must be able to work a variety of shift including nights and weekend and a minimum of 50 hours a week. 2 to 3 years experience in Tire, Auto parts/repair or Lube Express environment.
