Position Synopsis:  This position calls for managing a defined territory which consists of NTN Authorized Distributors. The role would include working with distributor’s sales force regarding the promotion of NTN Products as well as calling on end-user directly in order to promote the brand name and empower them to change buying habits.  This position will focus on aftermarket.

 

Responsibilities Include:

¨ Increase sales annually based on targets set.

¨ Ability to conduct training at both the district and end user level.

¨ Spend 60% of time prospecting new sales opportunities at the user level directly.

¨ Problem solving at user level.

¨ Participate in district events to develop strong relationships.

 

Skills/Qualifications:

¨ Bachelor’s degree in automotive or related field.

¨ 3 years of sales experience.

¨ Must posses product knowledge as it pertains to our industry over time.

¨ Ability to prioritize and use time wisely.

¨ Team player with good organization and analytical skills.

¨ Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access.
