Team Leader
TEAM LEADER
Diamond Electric manufacturing, a leader in the ignition coil manufacturing industry located in Putnam County, is looking for qualified candidates to fill a TEAM LEADER position– Previous leadership/supervisory experience and/or college degree will be considered. Responsibilities include supervising approximately 10 - 20 team members, quality, safety, employee relations, trouble shooting and technical problem solving, assisting in the evaluation of production process to initiate improvements.
Candidates should be resourceful, independent thinkers, with excellent computer and written and verbal communication skills. Must be willing to work a schedule other than dayshift. EOE
