Using established procedures and working under supervision of the Manager, International Tax, performs international tax compliance duties and related special projects, including support of other members of the Tax Department. Ensures compliance with tax laws and minimizes the tax burden of the company.

  Gathers, reviews, analyzes and assists with the reporting of financial information for the company's foreign owned companies with a view towards identifying tax reduction opportunities.Performs U.S. tax compliance duties related to international operations.Assists the Corporate Tax Department with such things as the preparation of tax returns (including 5471, 8865, 8858, 1065 and 1120) and foreign tax credit documentation.Participates in special projects and re-engineering teams related to tax reduction opportunities.Prepares E&P Studies.Keeps up to date on tax law changes, cases, rulings and regulations.Assist with transfer pricing issues including the company's royalty calculations, R&D cross charge calculations and documentation of transfer pricing.

We are seeking a candidate with a Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent education and experience. With a minimum of 2 year progressively responsible tax experience, preferably one year or more in international tax. CPA certification preferred.  Prior experience with various tax and accounting software applications is desirable.  Customer service orientation.  Proven analytical and organizational skills, that's an independent thinker and self-starter.  Good oral and written communication skills.  Ability to work effectively with difficult people even under difficult circumstances.  As well as the ability to motivate others to achieve results and the ability to manage and effectively adapt to changing priorities.
