Sr. Vendor Liason- Customer Service(Cypress, CA) ACCELERATE YOUR CAREER! PURPOSE: Supervise the daily administration of internal Customer Service Administration administration.  Perform as primary liaison relating to Customer Service, Customer Service Administration and Operational Accounting processes to other MMCA, Sales Division and Third Party Vendors. Responsibilities  1.  Direct the day to day work and processing of Credit Dispute Handling, Title Servicing, Customer Service Escalations including Regulatory Agency and Consumer Advocacy Correspondence.2. Act as primary Liaison with MMCA Legal department: Maintain Legal Log, Provide Primary Customer Information, Ensure State Audits are responded to promptly and thoroughly. 3. Coordinate with Vendor to ensure consistency of policies.4. Maintain and analyze Customer Service and Vendor tracking reports.  5. Assist in developing, implementing and validating operational policies/procedures and vendor-related strategies to keep them consistent with Corporate strategy.6. Monitor and analyze data related to market conditions and contractually defined vendor performance levels; and report findings/recommendations to Department Mgmt.7. Collaborate with internal departments including Sales and Marketing, Legal, Finance, and Customer Connections to facilitate the smooth workflow from one department to the next.8. Coordinate with other internal EOT departments to ensure consistency of policies and reporting practices.9.
