Service Manager

Western Perterbilt has an immediate opening for a   Service Manager.

 

 

Responsibilities will includeSupervising technicians and coordinating work assignments, Interacting with customers safetyQuality assuranceProvide excellent customer service, within a truck preventative maintenance environment. Working within an allotted budget focusing on overall efficiency’s of assigned location. 

 

Qualified candidates should have a HS Diploma, 5 years truck or heavy equipment experience, with strong leadership, training, and customer service skills. Repair shop supervisory experience is a plus. 

Technical knowledge and diagnostic ability in diesel repairs is essential and knowledge of Shop Maintenance System helpful.  CDL required.
