Senior ETL Consultant with ERP background, Spanish speaking
We are looking for a senior resource with a consultative mindset to specialize in design and assembly of ETL (Extract, Transform and Load) programs for a data warehouse to support benefits reporting requirements. Consultant will provide technical leadership to associates as well as perform hands-on programming and design. This role will require, initially, almost 100% travel to Monterrey, Mexico. Sorry, NO subcontractors or corp-to-corp. Candidate must be willing and able to travel to fulfill the requirements for this position. Tasks include: Lead technical development of Extract, Transform and Load functionality in a complex ERP systems environment. Translate design requirements into ETL programs using SDLC methodology. Consider security and critical batch performance characteristics to develop stable ongoing batch processes. Ensure that proper design and code reviews are held and that testing is completed. Develop workload estimates with project manager. Interface with various IT functions including project management and technical subject matter experts.Qualifications: Must have working experience with ETL (Extract, Transform & Load), Data Warehousing, and Data Marts. Must be senior level with more than 7 years Data Warehousing experience. Over 5 years IT experience in an ERP environment. Over 3 years relational database, SQL, star schema, dimensions & facts experience. MUST BE FLUENT IN SPANISH Must be a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills. A thought leader, who performs well under pressure, drives requirements and will be hands-on in development. Proven ability to work with minimal supervision.
