Senior Counsel
The ideal candidate for this position should possess extensive, hands-on litigation experience. High Level of experience in evaluating and handling complex litigation matters from inception through trial. Knowledge in dealer law helpful. Class action experience preferred. Excellent communication and negotiation skills and good people management skills are required.
Position requirements:JD from an ABA accredited law school; member of the California State Bar. Minimum of 8 years major law firm and/or similar in-house experience with primary emphasis in complex business litigation. Class action experience preferred.
