Senior Automation Technician
Tier I Automotive Supplier has an immediate full-time position for:
Automation Technician
Position is located in Gadsden, Alabama with no requirements to travel.
Successful candidate must possess the following:
Minimum 7-10 years industrial automation experience focused on automation controls and robotics
Appropriate professional certificates or degree in electrical / electronic engineering or Certified Electrician
Extensive knowledge and troubleshooting skills with Allen Bradley equipment including PLC-5, PLC 500, Micrologix, ControlLogix, and Device Net.
Qualified candidate must be able to interpret electrical schematics for troubleshooting control cabinets and general electrical circuits.
Experience with programming and trouble shooting Kawasaki, Fanuc, and Moto-Man robots
Experience with Medar Controls for Medium Frequency DC welding
