Auto salvage pool company with locations throughout the Southeastern U.S. is seeking Site Managers and Assistant Site Managers for North and South Carolina and Virginia locations to provide business to business on-site services for auto insurance companies, financial institutions, auto dealerships, fleet providers, municipalities and private dealers.

Company Information:Leading auto salvage pool for over 40 years.Privately owned, financially secure business.Multiple locations (24) throughout the SE, including, NC, SC, VA, GA, AL, FL & TX.Home Office (SC) staffed with IT department, General Manager, Regional Managers, General Counsel, Operations Director and Administrative support personnel.Each salvage pool (site) location professionally staffed.

Position DescriptionOverall management of site location.Responsible for overall efficient and profitable operation of the site. Responsible for financial success of the site to include maximizing sales and proper management of operating expenses. Ensure outstanding quality customer service to clients.Serve as local representative to clients. Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, actively engaging local business and engaging with sales staff to broaden the client base.Human resources duties to include evaluating and training staff and recruit staff when necessary.Direct and motivate all staff members.Ensure that site is operating in compliance with established Company policies and procedures.Work independently with remote supervision.Minimal travel may be required on occasion.'Hands-on' participation in much of the day to day operations of the site location, including but not limited to fork lift operation, imaging, lot maintenance, etc...

Qualifications:3+ years of strong operations management background.Associate College degree or equivalent related work experience is required.Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical and organizational skills. Ability to enhance client relationships through service and problem solving skills.Strong customer service and sales skills are required.Must be able to demonstrate strong computer skills.Successful completion of background investigation to include credit history, driving and criminal records.Work references are required.

Compensation:Base Salary of $36,000-$52,500 annually, depending on experience.Eligibility to participate in Company Incentive Compensation Plan after one year of service.
