SERVICE CENTER MANAGER
Job responsibilities are broadly defined to manage transactional integrity in the process of delivering services to customer. Manage and control local finished goods and rental inventory and customer consignment in conjunction with sales management. Service customers assigned to the Service Center with timely order entry, pricing, availability, credit processing, follow-up, inquiry processing and resolution or communication to responsible party, repair & warranty claim services. Manage local customer service and repair personnel. Be fully aware of trends in the local market place with Direct, OEM and Distribution customers. Develop an organization that meets or exceeds customer expectations. Administers blanket order contracts with user and OEM customers. Champion meeting commitments made to customers and provide timely, quality responses to all inquiries. Prepare reports and presentations on customer service and branch operation subjects and other related activities as assigned. Job Requirements: Qualified candidates will have education and experience equivalent of a bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years’ of progressive aftermarket service and sales experience. Positions require experience in industrial service center operations with service and repair and aftermarket sales involving industrial/technical products. Prefer experience with integrated SAP computer systems.
