Position Summary:
The primary role will be to perform day-to-day SAP design, consultation, and system configuration to
supportv ariousb usinessa nd Order Fulfillment processes. Particulara reaso f emphasisw ill include
commonc onfiguration,d ocumentationa nd reportingf or CustomerO rder ManagementS, alesa nd
Distribution, Billing and Pricing. Additional responsibilitiesw ill include participatingo n teamsb oth as a
leadera nd a member,w orking closely with the businessm anagersw ithin the original equipment( OE) and
aftermarket( AM) TA community throughouta ll phaseso f project implementationa nd problemr esolution.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
. Maintain OE and AM process design by applying practical knowledge of SAP configuration and
techniques.
. Maintain detailedk nowledgeo f SAP configurations tructure,v alue and usaged ocumentationin the SD
module including MasterD ata, Orders,C ustomerS chedulingA greementsP, ricing, Shipping,
Deliveries, Billing, Output Documents and Workflow.
. Servea s an SAP systeme xpert for moderate-to-compleqxu estionsp ertainingt o the integrationo f SAP
modules( FI, CO, MM, Ern, etc.) as well as a good high-level understandingo f ABAP.
. Take self-directed lead in analyzing system incident reports and determine problem sources and
. solutions. Provide functional expertise for testing SAP fixes and modifications and communicating them to
others in the organization.

changesb asedo n evolving businessr equirementsa ndp rocessc hanges.

Minimum Qualifications
. 3-5 yearsO rder Fulfillment experiencew, ith hands-onS AP CustomerO rder Managemenat nd Sales&
Distribution configuration required.
. College degree; Information Technology, Engineering or related Business degree preferred (or
equivalent experience).
. Strongc omputers kills (PC and client server)w ith prior experiencew orking on SAP systemd esigna nd
configuration. . Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
. Demonstrateda bility to work in a team.
. Demonstratedp roject leaders kills.
. Demonstrateda bility to interfacea nd work with variousf unctional areasi n identifying and resolving
