Ricardo has a great opportunity for a Chief Engineer – with Hybrid focus.

 

Responsibilities:

§         Deliver Advanced Technology Hybrid programs that could involve:

§         Belt Starter generator systems

§         Mild Hybrids

§         Full Hybrid

§         Electric Vehicles

§         Plug-in Hybrids

§         Commercial and Military Vehicle Hybrids

§         P&L of a business segment of over $2+M/yr.

 

Required skills/knowledge/background:

§        General expertise in propulsion systems including mechanical, electrical, and control system integration.

§         Detailed knowledge of production and/or demonstrator hybrids.

§         At least 5 years, preferably 10 years industry experience with the last 3 years in a managerial role.

§         Good team building skills.

§         Good program management skills.

§         Excellent communication skills.

§         MS Office

§         Broad powertrain and vehicle systems knowledge.

 

Required skills/knowledge/background:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, electrical or chemical). Preferably Masters or PhD.
