Retail Tire Shop - Retail Service Manager - Palestine, AR - $45K-55K Compensation PackageUnder the guidance of the General Manager the qualified candidate will have the responsibility for aggressively driving Tire Sales and installation, Supervising Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Grounds keeping through a thoroughly trained customer focused workforce; and ensure timely execution of company merchandising and operational programs. The trainee will set the pace by demonstrating a high sense of urgency, high energy level, attention to detail and hands-on management. The qualified trainee will exhibit Love's pledge of "doing what is right for our employees".Total Compensation Packages up to:Tire Shop – Service Managers – up to $55,000 including base salary, bonuses and Love’s Shares Profit SharingPreferred Qualifications:* Demonstrated success supervising and training 7 or more employees* Proven skills analyzing P&L information and taking appropriate and decisive action to meet budget expectations.* Must be able to work a variety of shift including nights and weekend and a minimum of 50 hours a week.* 2 to 3 years Experience in Tire, Auto parts/repair or Lube Express environment.* Maintenance backgrounds a plus.
